November’s track is "Mr. Right for Right Now" by singer songwriter Alison Lewis, accompanied by Josh Workman from a Buzzfeed Open Mic session.
I certainly appreciate a carefully crafted studio recording, but my favorites are still live performances where dynamic musicians collectively purvey great material in front of engaged listeners in one take.
